• All deliveries are made to the ground floor only of the delivery address provided at the time of purchase.
• Delivery does not include carrying items beyond the ground floor, inside the premises, or to upper floors.

3. Delivery Timing

• While we strive to deliver your material as promptly as possible, actual delivery dates and times are subject to availability and will be communicated upon contact.
• Business days are defined as Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.

4. Buyer Responsibility

• It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure that access to the delivery location is safe, legal, and unobstructed.
• If delivery cannot be completed due to access restrictions, additional charges may apply for redelivery or special arrangements.

5. Changes or Delays

• In the event of unforeseen circumstances that may delay delivery (e.g., weather, traffic, supplier delays), we will notify you promptly and arrange a new delivery time.
